What do you love about the home?
The perfect mix of old charms and modern comforts drew us to our home initially. It has a master bedroom fit
for a king (bed) and plenty of space to spare. The master bathroom is spacious as well with two vanities and a
large shower. The living spaces have tall ceilings that accentuate the openness of the first floor, which has been
perfect for entertaining over the years. At the same time, it has unique traits you don’t see anymore. The
woodwork throughout the house adds depth and character. Natural light pours into the kitchen and dining room
in the morning, brightening your day as you snap a pod into your coffee maker. The backyard offers a private
escape with stately trees for shade and a spacious deck. Finally, our house is in a very convenient location. It’s a
short walk from several local restaurants and moments away from food, shopping, and a brewery as well as the
Crestview Hills Town Center. And whether going to work, to a game downtown, or on a date, there’s easy
interstate access to get there fast.
What do you love about the neighborhood?
This house places us in the center of so many great things to do. There are lots of great local restaurants and a brewery close by. You could easily walk to them when the weather is nice. Many weekends we have walked down to Camporosso’s (a local pizza place) and then grabbed a beer a Braxton Brewery. Our son has really enjoyed all of the parks nearby. We are moments away from Crestview Hills Town Center and have already taken advantage of the new Trader Joe’s there. The house is within 10 minutes of the Cincinnati/NKY International Airport, making traveling a breeze. Downtown Cincinnati and all of the activities that come with it are a close drive as well. Finally, our neighbors, next door and down the street, have all been very friendly and kind. It’s been a great place to start our family.
