We are a believer in the value of staging and use these services for our own properties. The process is super simple and will pay for itself with a much higher sale price. For this home, the tenant was moving out on February 1st, we lined up the staging to come on February 2nd, had photos taken February 3rd and it hit the market February 4th!

Result: Listed for $450,000, Sold for $521,200.

Here is a breakdown of our costs:

$1,950 Includes Design time, Installation, Delivery, and One Month Rental

$300 to De-stage

$2,250 Total Investment. This included full staging of the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Breakfast Room, Study, Master Bedroom.
