Welcome Home Grant

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati is offering a $5,000 grant to qualifying home buyers.  This money can go towards down payment and/or closing costs when purchasing a home. The 2021 income restrictions for applying for the grant are $69,040 for a family 1-2 and $79,396 for a family of 3 or more. Contact us to find out if you qualify for this free money!
